IAFP 2023
I would like to thank the organizers of the IAFP 2023 and all those who participated in the event. It was an incredible experience to share my knowledge during my discussion on Failure Prevention amongst my peers for the “How Wet is Wet Enough? The Importance of Proper Hydration in Thermal Processing of Aseptic and ESL Refrigerated Beverages”. All of which would not have been the success that it was without the time and effort of Wilfredo Ocasio and Yuqian Lou.
I was honored to present a 30-minute talk on Failure Prevention concerning Aseptic Beverages. I utilized my knowledge of failures I’ve seen in the food manufacturing industry over my 30-year career. My goal is to prevent Recalls across the world with sharing my knowledge and experience.
I would also like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the thorough and interesting talks by my co-speakers, Andre Rehkopf and Robyn Eijlander. It was a pleasure to meet everyone along the journey and those who tirelessly worked their respective booths in the expo center.
