    • “FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – April 5th, 2024 – Oranjestad, Aruba, Aruba Aloe Balm N.V. is voluntarily recalling 40 lots of Aruba Aloe Hand Sanitizer Gel Alcohol 80% and Aruba Aloe Alcoholada Gel to the consumer level. The products have been found to contain alcohol denatured with methanol.” 1

    • “FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – April 4, 2024 – Charlotte, NC, Honeywell Safety Products USA, Inc. is voluntarily recalling Fendall 2000 Non-Sterile Eyewash Cartridge for the Fendall 2000 Eyewash Station. This recall is being conducted at the industrial consumer level. Honeywell’s supplier of the Fendall 2000 Non-Sterile Eyewash Cartridge has been found to be non-compliant with current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) requirements.” 2
  • 4/4/24 – Food & Beverage – Elv Control Herbal Supplement – Product contains yellow oleander.
    • “World Green Nutrition, Inc is announcing the expansion of their January 12, 2024 recall to include GREEN ELV NUTRITION brand Elv Control Herbal Supplement 90 capsules, due to the presence of yellow oleander. These additional products have been found via random FDA testing to contain yellow oleander, a poisonous plant native to Mexico and Central America. The consumption of yellow oleander can cause adverse effects on neurological, gastrointestinal, and cardiovascular health that can be serious or even fatal. Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, diarrhea, abdominal pain, heart changes, arrhythmia, and more.” 3
  • 4/2/24 – Food & Beverage – Sea Salt Almond Alligators – Undeclared almonds.
    • “FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – April 2, 2024 – Abdallah Candies of Apple Valley, MN is voluntarily recalling a limited quantity of Abdallah Candies 8 oz. sea salt almond alligators. The products have a chocolate covered cherries label with code 0315 on the bottom of the box. The boxes do contain sea salt almond alligators but have an incorrect ingredient label.” 4
  • 4/2/24 – Dietary Supplements – Natural Energy Boost – Product is tainted with sildenafil and tadalafil.
    • “FAonline INC , 65-20 180 Street NY 11365 is voluntarily recalling all lots within expiry of the ForeverMen capsules to the consumer level. FDA analysis founds these products to be tainted with sildenafil and Tadalafil. Sildenafil/Tadalafil is an FDA approved drug for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, the presence of sildenafil in the ForeverMen products renders them unapproved drugs for which safety and efficacy have not been established, therefor subject to recall.” 5
  • 4/1/24 – Animal & Veterinary, Animal Feed – Chicken Feed, Swine Feed, Cattle Feed, Horse Feed – Specific lots may contain elevated levels of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium and/or chloride and may harm chickens, swine, beef cattle and equine.
    • “After receiving a customer complaint related to swine refusing to eat feed from a single lot of MoorMan’s ShowTec Sale Burst w/DF DEN, ADM immediately investigated and discovered that the company’s animal feed manufacturing facility in Quincy, Illinois, experienced an equipment failure issue that impacted ingredient distribution in the plant. The company quickly initiated the recall once it was confirmed that these specific lots could contain harmful levels of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium sodium, and/or chloride. ADM has been in direct contact with the customers and distributors involved in this recall, and all product has been removed from retail shelves. One customer reported chicken deaths related to consumption of the Pen Pals Chicken Starter-Grower 25-lb bags.” 6

If customers have purchased this product, they should not consume it, and immediately return it to their nearest Lidl store for a full refund (a receipt is not required for return).
