- “This voluntary recall is being issued due to a single sample of Retriever All Life Stages Mini Chunk Chicken Recipe Dry Dog Food that tested positive for Salmonella in a random sample test conducted by the Office of the Texas State Chemist.” 1

- “The issue was discovered by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture while conducting routine product testing.” 2

- “Medtronic is issuing this notification to inform the public of stolen defective McGRATH™ MAC video laryngoscopes that have been offered for sale illegally by unauthorized third parties through various social media platforms. These affected products did not pass Medtronic’s rigorous quality tests established for the product, were not released for sale, distribution, or importation and were designated for destruction. 4

- “Nature’s Path Organic Foods is voluntarily recalling specific batches of its Organic Pumpkin Spice Waffles and Organic Dark Chocolate Chip Waffles because they may contain trace amounts of undeclared peanuts.” 5

- “The product is being recalled because it contains incorrect condiment ingredients resulting in undeclared egg that was not listed on the product label. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to egg, run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.” 7

- “The products subject to recall were produced in the owner’s home and bear a false mark of inspection with establishment number “EST. 1150,” which does not exist. Some products were sold in retail displays without a label.”
