While our services are designed to reduce operational risk and strengthen performance, Manning Resource does not guarantee:

  • Elimination of recalls

  • Regulatory outcomes

  • Financial performance improvements

  • Certification or audit results

Operational outcomes depend on implementation, management execution, and external factors beyond our control.

4. Intellectual Property

All Website content, materials, methodologies, assessments, tools, trademarks, and training materials are the intellectual property of Manning Resource, LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Confidential Information

Both parties may exchange confidential information during engagements. Confidentiality obligations are governed by written agreements or NDAs where applicable.

6. Payment Terms

If purchasing services or training:

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Manning Resource shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruption

  • Regulatory penalties

  • Third-party claims

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manning Resource, LLC from claims arising out of:
