  • 11/15/25 – Food & Beverage – Vampire Slayer Garlic Cheddar cheese – Potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
    • “We initiate this recall due to the FDA environmental sample identified the presence of Listeria monocytogenes in the processing area where this cheese was packaged. Finished product has not been tested positive for any contaminants.” 1
  • 11/13/25 – Food & Beverage – Organic Supergreens Powder Mix and Organic Moringa Leaf Powder – Potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.
    • “This recall was initiated after the FDA notified Food To Live that a specific supplier lot of organic moringa powder tested positive for Salmonella and has been linked to an outbreak of salmonellosis. Multiple illnesses have been reported in connection with this contaminated lot across several states (FDA and CDC are investigating these cases). Food To Live has immediately ceased distribution of this product.”

    • “We were informed that some of the Moringa powder in this lot has tested positive for Salmonella. Out of an abundance of caution, we have implemented a recall of all of the moringa product sold in this batch.” 3

    • “[New York, NY] – ByHeart a next-generation baby nutrition company, announced today that it is expanding its voluntary recall to include all batches of ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula cans and Anywhere Pack™ nationwide. This action is being taken in close collaboration with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), despite the fact that no unopened ByHeart product has tested positive for Clostridium botulinum spores or toxin. This action underscores ByHeart’s core mission: protecting babies above all else.” 4
