• 3/5/25 – Animal & Veterinary – Cattle Feed – Elevated levels or deficient levels of nutrients which may be harmful to cattle.
  • “ADM discovered this issue during routine production. The company immediately began investigating and initiated the recall upon receiving confirmation that the pelleted feed had varying levels of copper and zinc that can impact animals. ADM is in the process of notifying customers and distributors involved in this recall, and all affected products are currently being removed from retail shelves.” 1
• 3/4/25 – Food & Beverage – Dried Lily Flowers – Undeclared sulfites.
  • “The recall was initiated after Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Services collected a sample of the lily flowers. It was discovered that lily flowers containing sulfites were distributed in packaging that did not reveal the presence of sulfites.” 2
• 3/3/25 – Dietary Supplements – Vitality male enhancement dietary supplement capsules – Undeclared Sildenafil and Tadalafil.
  • “FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Benton, Arkansas – 03/03/2025 –One Source Nutrition is voluntarily recalling all lots of Vitality capsules to the Consumer level. FDA analysis has found the product to be tainted with sildenafil and tadalafil, which are ingredients in FDA approved products for treatment of male erectile dysfunction in the family of drugs known as phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitors. Products containing sildenafil and tadalafil cannot be marketed as dietary supplements. Vitality capsules is an unapproved new drug for which safety and efficacy have not been established and, therefore, subject to recall.” 3
• 3/3/25 – Food & Beverage – Prepared vegetable products – Potential risk of Clostridium botulinum.
  • “This issue was discovered on 2/18/2025 at the Tokyo Central / Marukai retail store. The missing “Keep Refrigerated” label likely contributed to this issue. The product was immediately removed from sale at this location. Consumers who have purchased the affected product with the specified expiration date are urged not to consume it. Consumers should discard the product or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. AKT Trading Inc. is committed to the safety and quality of its products and is taking this action out of an abundance of caution. We are cooperating fully with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on this matter.” 4
