- “The recall was initiated after it was discovered that product containing Pecans was distributed in Tuscan Salad Bowls that did not reveal the presence of additional allergens. Subsequent investigation indicates that this was isolated to a single distributed Sell By Date of 6/2/2024.” 1

- “The undeclared sulfites was discovered after sampling by New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets Food Inspectors and subsequent analysis by Food Laboratory personnel revealed the presence of Sulfites in the Apricot Roll.” 3

- “FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Jun 11, 2024 – Las Vegas, Nevada. On May 24, 2024, Suntegrity Skincare initiated a voluntarily recall of nine lots of Suntegrity Impeccable Skin Sunscreen Foundation (Multiple Shades) based on its discovery of a higher than acceptable microbiological mold count (Species: Aspergillus Sydowii) in some tubes of Lot 115BU that developed post-release and over time in a recent test. Out of an abundance of caution while investigating the situation, the company has decided to voluntarily recall these additional lots: 107IV, 107NU, 109NU, 117BU, 113SA, 114SA, 106BR, and 101MO even though all original and recent test results received have come back clear.” 4

- 6/11/24 – Dietary Supplements – Male Sexual Enhancement – Product is tainted with sildenafil and tadalafil.
- “Integrity Products , St Louis MO is voluntarily recalling tainted lot (HGW221116) within expiry of the Ram It & To The Moon capsules to the consumer level. FDA analysis founds these products to be tainted with sildenafil and Tadalafil. Sildenafil/Tadalafil is an FDA approved drug for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, the presence of sildenafil in the Ram It & To The Moon products renders them unapproved drugs for which safety and efficacy have not been established, therefor subject to recall.” 6

- “The recall was initiated after environmental samples tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes. The company is working in conjunction with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) to conduct this recall. - “The problem was discovered by FSIS while performing routine inspection activities. FSIS discovered that the establishment’s formulation of sodium nitrite, a restricted ingredient, exceeded the regulatory limit. “ 9

- “The problem was discovered during routine FSIS in-plant verification activities. FSIS personnel identified soy and wheat, known allergens, as ingredients in a Worcestershire powder that is an ingredient in a BBQ pork skin product. The soy and wheat are not declared on the finished product label.” 10
