- 6/27/25 – Drugs – Cefazolin for Injection, USP, 1 gm vial – Potential Presence of Penicillin G Potassium Injection Vial.
- “Sandoz, Inc. (“Sandoz”) is initiating a voluntary recall of one (1) lot of Cefazolin for Injection, USP, 1 gram per vial. This single lot is being recalled due to a customer complaint indicating that four (4) Penicillin G Potassium for Injection, USP, 20 million Units labelled vials were incorrectly included in a carton (25 vials per carton) of Cefazolin for Injection, USP 1 gram per vial product.” 1
- 6/27/25 – Food & Beverage – Spicy Shredded Tofu – Undeclared Sesame.
- “The recall was initiated after it was discovered during a FDA inspection of the foreign manufacturer that product containing sesame was distributed in packaging that did not reveal the presence of sesame.” 2

- “The problem was discovered when FSIS was notified by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) of a complaint received through the OIG’s hotline. FSIS investigated the complaint and determined that the products contained source materials that were not declared on the label.” 4
