  • 6/6/25 – Food & Beverage – Brown cage free and brown certified organic eggs – Salmonella.
    • “This recall is associated with an ongoing outbreak investigation of Salmonella Enteritidis illnesses. Products were distributed in AZ, CA, IL, IN, NE, NM, NV, WA and WY.” 1
  • 6/6/25 – Drugs – Cold Remedy Nasal Swabs, Nasal AllClear Swabs, Baby Teething Swabs – Microbial Contamination,
    • “The products are being recalled due to potential microbial contamination identified as fungi in cotton swab components. Swabs found to contain microbial contamination can potentially present a significant risk to the health and safety of consumers including serious and life-threatening blood infections in users whose nasal mucosa may be compromised due to inflammation and mechanical injuries. The risk is highest (potentially severe or life-threatening) among children and individuals with compromised immune systems or other underlying medical conditions.” 2
  • 6/4/25 – Food & Beverage – Fresh cucumbers and salsa and salads containing fresh cucumbers – Potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.
    • “TGD Cuts, LLC of Jessup, MD has initiated a voluntary recall of the specific tub and tray items listed below because they contained cucumber from Bedner Growers Inc., which had the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.” 3
  • 6/4/25 – Food & Beverage – Crackers – Undeclared Sesame.
    • “The recall was initiated on 5/30/2025 after it was discovered that the sesame-containing product was distributed in packaging that did not reveal the presence of sesame. Subsequent investigation indicates that the problem was caused by a temporary breakdown in the company’s production and packaging processes causing the wrong labels to be applied to the product.” 4
  • 6/4/25 – Drugs – Sulfamethoxazole/Trimethoprim Tablets, USP, 400 mg/80 mg – Microbial Contamination.
    • Amneal Pharmaceutical LLC, is recalling three lots of Sulfamethoxazole/Trimethoprim Tablets, USP, 400 mg/80 mg to the consumer level as the tablets may exhibit black spots on the tablet surface due to microbial contamination. The observance of black spots was reported in a product quality complaint.” 5
  • 6/3/25 – Food & Beverage – Churro Bites – Undeclared Milk.
    • “The recall was initiated after a consumer discovered that the milk-containing product was distributed in packaging that did not reveal the presence of milk. Subsequent investigation indicates the problem was caused by a temporary breakdown in the company’s production and packaging processes that has subsequently been corrected.” 6

  • 6/3/25 – Food – Ground Beef Products – Due to the possibility of E. coli 0157:H7.
    • “The problem was discovered when the establishment notified FSIS that they shipped into commerce ground beef product that tested positive for  coli O157:H7.” 7
  • 6/3/25 – Food – Pork Lard and Beef Tallow Products – Without Benefit of Inspection.
    • “The problem was discovered when FSIS received consumer complaints that the pork lard and beef tallow products for sale online did not bear the mark of inspection. FSIS personnel determined the establishment purchased pork lard and bulk beef tallow from an FSIS regulated facility and produced product into smaller retail size containers that were relabeled without the benefit of FSIS inspection.” 8
  • 6/3/25 – Food – Beef Jerky/ Beef Snack Stick Products and Voluntarily Inspected Elk, Venison and Buffalo Jerky Products – Due to Misbranding and Undeclared Allergens
    • The problem was discovered during production observations by FSIS inspectors, revealing that the Worcestershire sauce used in jerky and snack stick products contained anchovies. The establishment previously used Worcestershire sauce without anchovies, but it was discovered that the new Worcestershire sauce does contain anchovies.” 9
