- 7/18/25 – Food & Beverage – Golden Raisins – Undeclared sulfites.
- “The recall was initiated after routine sampling by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets Food Inspectors and subsequent analysis by Food Laboratory personnel revealed that the sulfites containing product Golden Raisin 28Oz Pouch distributed in the packages that did not reveal the presence of sulfites.” 1
- 7/17/25 – Medical Devices – Pump Modules – May have been serviced with previously recalled bezel kit assemblies.
- “BD became aware via customer complaints of customer/third party usage of affected bezel kit assemblies to service Alaris™ and BD Alaris™ Pump Modules. These affected bezel kit assemblies were manufactured with a specific type of plastic material that weakens over time, leading to the potential of separated and/or broken bezel bosses that can cause free flow, over infusion, under infusion or interruption of infusion. This recall has been associated with incidents of serious injury and patient death.” 2

- 7/15/25 – Drugs – Cefazolin for Injection, USP, 1 gm vial – Vials incorrectly labelled as Penicillin G Potassium for Injection contain Cefazolin for Injection.
- “FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Princeton, NJ – July 15, 2025 – Sandoz, Inc. (“Sandoz”) is initiating a voluntary nationwide recall expansion of one additional lot of Cefazolin for Injection, USP, 1 gram per vial. The lot is being recalled due to a customer complaint indicating that four (4) vials incorrectly labelled as Penicillin G Potassium for Injection, USP, 20 million Units were included in cartons (25 vials per carton) of Cefazolin for Injection, USP 1 gram per vial product. Sandoz has confirmed that the vials incorrectly labelled as Penicillin G Potassium for Injection contain Cefazolin for Injection, USP, 1 gram per vial.” 5

- “NEW YORK, DC, UNITED STATES, July 11, 2025 /EINPresswire.comExternal Link Disclaimer/ — Nostrum Laboratories, Inc. (“Nostrum Labs”) filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on September 30, 2024. In connection with that filing, the company has ceased and shutdown operations and terminated its operational employees at all domestic U.S. sites. Nostrum Labs is initiating a voluntary recall of Sucralfate Tablets USP 1 gram, all lots within expiry, as a result of the closures and discontinuation of its Quality activities.” 7
- 7/14/25 – Food & Beverage – Yogurt with topper – Potential presence of plastic pieces in the dome topper.
- “Consumer complaints have reported the presence of plastic pieces in the toppers, which have the potential to cause choking. The plastic pieces are transparent, may have sharp edges, and could present a risk to consumers because some pieces are between 7 and 25 mm in length. This voluntary recall was initiated on July 11, 2025, and is being conducted in cooperation with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The company is working swiftly with retail partners to remove the impacted product from shelves, while it works to address the issue and bring back the YoCrunch® products so many people enjoy.” 8
- 7/14/25 – Food & Beverage – Artisan Style 1/2 Loaf – Undeclared hazelnuts.
- “The recall was initiated after discovering that approximately 883 loaves of bread from six production lots contained visible hazelnuts and were distributed in “Lewis Bake Shop Artisan Style 1/2 Loaf” packaging. While the packaging states “May Contain Tree Nuts,” it does not state that it “Contains Hazelnuts.” An investigation revealed an error in change of packaging for a hazelnut-containing bread to the implicated white bread product.” 9
