- 2/23/25 – Food & Beverage – Frozen Supplemental Shakes – Possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.
- “Lyons Magnus handled distribution of the recalled products, which were manufactured and supplied to Lyons Magnus by Prairie Farms. The recalled products were distributed primarily to long-term care facilities and were not available for retail sale. As soon as Lyons Magnus learned of the issue, it took immediate action to halt the purchase of all products from the affected Prairie Farms facility, notify customers, and ensure that impacted products were removed from distribution nationally. Lyons Magnus’ utmost concern is protecting consumers.” 1
- 2/21/25 – Food & Beverage – Dark Chocolate Conettos – Undeclared milk allergen.
- “This recall was initiated after the company was notified by their Quality Control Department that a limited number of bags labeled as “Dark Chocolate Conettos” contained Milk Chocolate Conettos, which contains milk allergen that is not declared on the label.” 2
- 2/20/25 – Food & Beverage – Snack rolls, biscuits, and wafers – Undeclared allergen (wheat, eggs, milk).
- “This mislabeling was discovered following receipt of a single consumer complaint involving an allergic reaction. The issue originated from a supplier who inadvertently failed to fully disclose all allergens while translating the ingredient list. We are actively working with the supplier to implement stricter labeling controls, including an additional verification process for multilingual labels.” 3
- 2/20/25 – Dietary Supplements – Vitality male enhancement dietary supplement capsules – Undeclared Sildenafil and Tadalafil.
- FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Benton, Arkansas – 02/2025 –One Source Nutrition is voluntarily recalling all lots of Vitality capsules to the Consumer level. FDA analysis has found the product to be tainted with sildenafil and tadalafil, which are ingredients in FDA approved products for treatment of male erectile dysfunction in the family of drugs known as phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitors. Products containing sildenafil and tadalafil cannot be marketed as dietary supplements. Vitality capsules is an unapproved new drug for which safety and efficacy have not been established and, therefore, subject to recall.” 4
- 2/20/25 – Food & Beverage – Las Ollas Botana Mix Snacks and Delights 2 lb packages – Undeclared wheat, sesame, soy, yellow 5, yellow 6, red 6.
- “The product can be identified as packaged in a plastic bag with a pink and white label displaying the name “Botana Mix Snacks and Delights” with the Las Ollas brand label. The bag clearly states 2 lb on the front. Nutrition facts and ingredients are also listed on the front of the package. There is a UPC on the front as well. The expiration date is on the back of the package.” 5
- 2/19/25 – Food & Beverage – Berry Buddies, Berries & Pancakes bento box snack packs – Undeclared allergen (wheat, eggs).
- “The recall was initiated after it was discovered that the incorrect back label was placed on the back of the package. Because of this, the allergens of WHEAT and EGGS were not listed on the label. Subsequent investigation indicates the problem was caused by a production label changeover failure which has since been corrected.” 6

- 2/23/25 – Food – Ready-To-Eat Chicken Caesar Wrap Products – Misbranding and Undeclared Allergens.
- “The problem was discovered by the establishment during a routine quality assurance check of ingredient labels. The establishment then notified FSIS that the product may contain fish (anchovy), which is not declared on the label.” 7
