  • 12/20/25 – Food & Beverage – Almondmilk Chocolate 46% Madagascar Plant-Based – Contains undeclared hazelnut.
    • “We have received a report of one adverse allergic event related to the consumption of Fran’s Pure Bar Almondmilk Chocolate 46% Madagascar Plant-Based. No reports of illness or death have been reported on other Fran’s products to date.” 1
  • 12/19/25 – Food & Beverage – Dairy-Free Coconut Yogurt, Strawberry flavor – May contain undeclared almond.
    • “The recall was initiated after a customer complaint revealed that product containing almond was distributed in packaging that did not declare the presence of almond.” 2
  • 12/19/25 – Food & Beverage – Frozen Raw Shrimp – Product may have been prepared, packed, or held under conditions whereby they may have become exposed to very low levels of cesium-137 (Cs-137).
    • “The FDA is actively investigating reports of Cs-137 contamination in shipping containers and frozen shrimp products manufactured in Indonesia by PT. Bahari Makmur Sejati (doing business as BMS Foods). As noted in the FDA statement issued on 10/7/25: “At this time, no product that has tested positive or alerted for Cesium-137 (Cs-137) has entered the U.S. marketplace.” 3
  • 12/18/25 – Medical Devices – Single use ligating device – PolyLoop device may fail to detach as expected and become anchored to patient anatomy.
    • “An unreleased ligation loop can present procedural challenges, requiring emergency intervention for removal from patient’s anatomy. Risks include bleeding, mucosal injury, perforation, and in severe cases, the need for surgical intervention or hospitalization.” 4
  • 12/18/25 – Food & Beverage – Publix Rice & Pigeon Peas – Contains undeclared soy.
    • “The recalled Rice & Pigeon Peas is packaged in a container with an ingredient statement intended for Three Cheese Mac & Cheese. The ingredient statement for Three Cheese Mac & Cheese does not declare soy, an allergen presents in the Rice & Pigeon Peas.” 5
  • 12/18/25 – Food & Beverage – Milk Cheddar Cheese – Potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
    • “The potential for contamination was noted after routine testing by the company revealed the presence of Listeria monocytogenes in an 8oz block of mild cheddar.” 6
  • 12/17/25 – Food & Beverage – Tamales – Potential presence of Listeria monocytogenes.
    • “The products were made with a frozen ingredient labeled “Not Ready to Eat. Must Be Thoroughly Cooked Before Eating.” During an FDA inspection on October 10, 2025, the agency determined that earlier production records did not consistently verify internal cooking temperatures needed to control potential biological hazards, including Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.” 7
  • 12/16/25 – Food & Beverage – Publix Raspberry Coffee Cake – Label does not declare walnuts in the ingredient list.
    • “Observable through the clear lid, the product has visible walnuts on top of the cake and brown maple topping, whereas Raspberry Coffee Cake has no walnuts on top and red topping. The issue was discovered by a retail store employee who observed the visible walnuts on top of the product and noticed that the product had a Raspberry Coffee Cake label instead of a Maple Walnut Coffee Cake label.” 8
  • 12/16/25 – Dietary supplement – Supplement for male enhancement – Undeclared Sildenafil and Tadalafil.
    • “Huntsville, Texas — StuffbyNainax LLC is voluntarily recalling all lots of MR.7 SUPER 700000 capsules to the consumer level. FDA analysis has found the product to be tainted with sildenafil and tadalafil, which are active ingredients in FDA-approved prescription drugs used to treat male erectile dysfunction and belong to a class of drugs known as phosphodiesterase type‑5 (PDE‑5) inhibitors. Products containing sildenafil or tadalafil cannot be marketed as dietary supplements.” 9
  • 12/16/25 – Drugs – Nasal spray, 0.68 fl oz – Product has been found to contain yeast/mold and microbial contamination with one species identified as Achromobacter, at levels above specifications.
    • “FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – December 16, 2025 – Albuquerque, New Mexico, MediNatura New Mexico, Inc. is voluntarily recalling all lots of ReBoost Nasal Spray to the consumer level. The product has been found to contain yeast/mold and microbial contamination with one species identified as Achromobacter, at levels above specifications. It is also recalling all lots of ClearLife Nasal Spray to the consumer level. The product has been found to contain microbial contamination that may be linked to Achromobacter at levels above specifications. This expansion has been initiated due to the company’s further investigative efforts.” 10

    • “WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. and LOUISVILLE, Colo., December 15, 2025 – Danone U.S. is voluntarily recalling its So Delicious Dairy Free® Salted Caramel Cluster Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert pints with multiple best-by expiration dates before 08 Aug 2027 at retail stores nationwide due to the potential presence of foreign materials, such as small stones and other hard objects, within the cashew inclusions.” 11

    • “The problem was discovered after the establishment notified FSIS that it received a consumer complaint regarding metal found in the product. There have been no confirmed reports of injury due to consumption of this product. Anyone concerned about an injury should contact a healthcare provider.” 14
  • 12/14/25 – Food – Ready-to-Eat Frozen Tamales – Misbranding and an Undeclared Allergen.
    • “The problem was discovered when a restaurant notified the establishment that they had identified bean, cheese, and jalapeno tamales that had been mislabeled as pork tamales.” 15
