  • 10/10/25 – Animal & Veterinary, Pet Food – Frozen Beef Dog Food – Potential Foodborne Illness – Salmonella.
    • “The potential for contamination was identified after an FDA-collected sample from a distributor tested positive for Salmonella. To date, no illness of pets or humans related to this lot has been reported.” 1
  • 10/9/25 – Animal & Veterinary, Pet Food – Freeze Dried Pet Treats – Potential Foodborne Illness – Salmonella.
    • “The recall is the result of FDA sampling which revealed the presence of Salmonella. Foodynamics has ceased the production and distribution of the product while it works with the FDA to continue its investigation into what caused the problem.” 2
  • 10/9/25 – Food & Beverage – Smoked Mozzarella Pasta Salad – Potential Foodborne Illness – Listeria monocytogenes.
    • “This is being initiated after being alerted by their supplier Fresh Creative Foods of potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination of the pasta within the pasta salad. No illnesses have been reported to date.” 3
  • 10/8/25 – Food & Beverage – Veggie Spring Rolls – Undeclared shrimp allergen.
    • “The recall was initiated after it was discovered that certain cases of Shrimp Spring Rolls may have been inadvertently packaged in boxes labeled as Vegetable Spring Rolls. The cause of this labeling error is being investigated. The recall is being conducted in cooperation with ALDI and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.” 4
  • 10/7/25 – Medical Devices – Blood Glucose Meters – Potential for defective LCD displays that can affect product performance.
    • “The company has determined that 601 TRUE METRIX® Meters, lot number KD0746, manufactured September 4, 2025 and distributed September 8, 2025, through September 16, 2025, may have the potential for defective LCD displays that can affect product performance.” 5
  • 10/7/25 – Food & Beverage – Frozen Spinach – Potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
    • “This recall has been initiated due to possible Listeria monocytogenes. A bulk case of spinach from our supplier was tested and found positive for Listeria monocytogenes and was of the same lot code we used to repack the Sno Pac Organic Frozen Cut Spinach into 10 oz packages.” 6
  • 10/7/25 – Food & Beverage – Ground cinnamon – Potential Metal Contaminant – Lead.
    • “The recall was initiated after the FDA collected product samples and detected elevated levels of lead. The firm’s investigation is ongoing, including testing raw materials used in manufacturing the product.” 7
