- 9/20/25 – Food & Beverage – Ahi Tuna Wasabi Poke – Product has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
- “This recall was initiated after being notified by our green onion supplier of a Listeria monocytogenes positive test result in the green onions which were used only in Ahi Tuna Wasabi Poke on 9/17/2025. We are continuing to work with our green onion supplier to determine the root cause.” 1
- 9/17/25 – Food & Beverage – Cold Smoked Salmon and Cold Smoked Seabass – Potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes.
- “The contamination was discovered after sampling by New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets Food Inspectors and subsequent analysis of Food Laboratory personnel revealed the presence of Listeria monocytogenes in the Haifa” COLD SMOKED SALMON” 8 OZ., LOT # 219 and “COLD SMOKED SEABASS” 8 OZ., LOT # 212.” 2

- “The voluntary recall is being initiated after routine sampling.”3
- 9/15/25 – Medical Devices – BD Alaris Pump Module model 8100 used with a subset of compatible pump infusion sets – Pump performance variations compared to the performance described in the user manual could impact infusion delivery.
- “This issue was identified through internal testing and, to date, BD has not received any complaints associated with this issue. The affected products have the potential to result in patient death or serious adverse events, with a particular higher risk to vulnerable patient populations such as neonates and critically ill patients. The recall has been designated as a Class I recall by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).” 4
