  • 6/5/24 – Drugs – Homeopathic StellaLife Oral Care Products – Microbial contamination.
    • “FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Yonkers, NY, 06/05/2024 – HomeoCare Laboratories Inc., a manufacturer of homeopathic products, is voluntarily recalling two batches of Homeopathic StellaLife Oral Care Products listed in the table below manufactured in 2024 due to FDA findings of microbial contamination. This recall is to be performed at the consumer level.” 2
  • 6/4/24 – Food & Beverage – Strawberry Rhubarb Bakewell Tart – Undeclared almonds.
    • “After a staff member consumed the Strawberry Rhubarb Bakewell Tart and had a mild reaction but did not seek medical attention, the manufacturer of the product was notified of this potential allergic reaction. The manufacturer confirmed the product did contain almond flour, but almond was not listed in the product specification. New Seasons Market initiated this recall because the scale label does not declare almond.” 3
  • 6/4/24 – Food & Beverage – Powdered Goat Milk Infant Formula – Cronobacter spp. Contamination.
  • 6/3/24 – Food & Beverage – Ground black pepper – Potential Contamination with Salmonella.
    • “The potential for contamination was noted after the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD) notified us of the contamination based on a routine state surveillance sample collected by the New York Department of Agriculture and Markets that tested positive for Salmonella the presence of Salmonella in some 7 ounce packages of Ground Black Pepper.” 5
