- 3/20/24 – Dietary Supplements – Dietary supplements for sexual enhancement – Undeclared Sildenafil and/or Tadalafil.
- “FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – March 19, 2024, Los Angeles, CA – Pyramid Wholesale is issuing a recall of various brands of products sold as dietary supplements for sexual enhancement because they contain undeclared prescription drugs including Sildenafil (Viagra) and/or Tadalafil (Cialis).” 1
- 3/20/24 – Medical Devices – Nimbus Pump System – Recall due to a high number (3698) of customer complaints related to the Nimbus Infusion Pump systems.
- “Natick, MA, March 20, 2024 – InfuTronix, LLC has announced a voluntary recall of the Nimbus Ambulatory Infusion Pump System, including Nimbus II PainPro, Nimbus II Flex, Nimbus II Plus, Nimbus II EpiD and Nimbus II EMS from the US Market due to a high number (3698) of customer complaints related to the Nimbus Infusion Pump systems dated May 2019 to August 2023. Evaluation of complaint data has identified several potential product issues:” 2
- 3/18/24 – Food & Beverage – 50% Less Salt Roasted & Salted Whole Cashews – Potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.
- “Wenders LLC of Dublin, CA is recalling specific production lots of Trader Joes Nuts – 50% Less Sodium Roasted & Salted Whole Cashews – (SKU Number – 37884) Lot# T12139, T12140, T12141, and T12142 because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis and arthritis.” 3
- 3/18/24 – Medical Devices – CPAP and BIPAP Masks with Magnets – Potential interference with certain medical implants.
- “Hampton, NH – On March 1, 2024, Sleepnet Corporation initiated a worldwide recall for all CPAP and BIPAP masks with magnets due to potential interference with certain medical devices. When a magnet comes into close proximity to certain medical implants or metallic implants, it could interfere with the performance or the position of the implant, potentially resulting in serious injury or death.” 4
- 3/18/24 – Food & Beverage – Dark Chocolate Cherry Granola – May contain undeclared almonds.
- “The recall was initiated after Kick Ash discovered that the Dark Chocolate Cherry Granola containing almonds was distributed in packaging that did not reveal the presence of almonds. Subsequent investigation indicates the problem was caused by a temporary breakdown in the company’s production processes.” 5

- 3/21/24 – Food – Ineligible Frozen Siluriformes Products – illegally imported from the People’s Republic of China.
- “The problem was discovered during FSIS surveillance activities conducted at a wholesaler. By law, commercial imports of meat, poultry, and egg products must be produced in certified establishments in eligible countries, and these products must be presented to FSIS for import reinspection prior to entering U.S. commerce. Raw Siluriformes fish products from specific establishments in China are eligible for importation provided the raw materials originate from a certified establishment (Eligible Foreign Establishments – China (usda.gov)).” 6
