- “Max Mobility/Permobil has initiated a nationwide recall of the Speed Control Dial component used with the SmartDrive MX2+ Power Assist Device due to potential safety and performance concerns. Customers were notified by email on December 20, 2024.” 1

- “The recall was initiated after an FDA inspection. It was discovered that there were undeclared allergens not reveal on the product labels. Subsequent investigation indicates the problem was caused by a temporary breakdown in the company’s packaging processes.” 2
- 1/16/25 – Food & Beverage – Monkfish Liver – Undeclared milk allergen.
- “The recall was initiated after it was discovered that the product containing milk was distributed in packaging that did not declare the presence of milk.” 3
- 1/15/25 – Food & Beverage – Pancake and Waffle Mix – Undeclared Milk.
- “CHICAGO, Illinois – January 14, 2025 – The Quaker Oats Company today issued a recall of a limited number of two pound boxes of Pearl Milling Company Original Pancake & Waffle Mix that may contain undeclared milk, after being alerted by a retail partner. Those with an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the recalled product.” 4
